Steven Maclaurin - Group Managing Director

Steven joined Positive Media from Teamwork, his own successful recruitment agency. Steven has fourteen years hands on management experience in restaurants and hotels, having worked for companies including Rank Restaurants plc, Pelican Group plc and Whitbread plc. Teamwork's role in the business market includes recruitment, advertising and mystery shopping, all of which gel professionally with The Positive Media Group. Steven is a shareholder in the Positive Media Group. Steven has a wife and three young daughters, so he comes to the office to escape the pressures of home life, as opposed to the other way around.

Tony West - Group Business Development Director

Tony has worked for The Sun Newspaper, The News of the World, The Times, Today Newspaper, The Sunday Times, The Guardian Group, Trinity Newspapers, Tonight Newspaper, Kiss 100FM and now The Positive Media Group.

He set up Positive Media in 1998 followed by Positive Outdoor Media in 2003 and everythingplay.com & www.mydigitalphotoframes.com in 2006.
He is also Joint Managing Director of Positive Outdoor Media Limited, a specialist outdoor media buying agency who deal directly with clients and advertising agencies.

Tony is married with one daughter, aged 2, who outside of work takes up all of his time demanding trips to the park and playground to feed the ducks.

Hayley Davison - Account Executive

Hayley joins the Positive Team from NEP Visions, an outdoor broadcast company. Hayley is a young, bright and enthusiastic person who is really looking forward to working with all of our clients. Hayley is a big fan of Celine Dion and can often be heard saying "Oh a nice bit of Celine Dion" whenever any of her records are played on the radio. Her hobbies include eating out, going to the movies and socialising. Hayley also makes a mean cup of tea.

Abby Watkins - Account Executive

Abby joins the Positive Team from DMG World Media, which stands for The Daily Mail Group World Media. Abby works in our in house creative studio making our clients adverts look lovely. Nicknamed "Little Red" she towers below everyone else in the office but they do say the best things come in small packages. Her hobbies include Horse riding, Choi Kwang Do, Polo & Reading. Abby is a firm believer that Friday is cake day and religiously brings cakes to work for all to enjoy.

Philippa Hourican - Bookkeeper

Philippa is our Bookkeeper. She is highly skilled in most areas of accounting including the preparation of our monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, P.A.Y.E, VAT and annual returns. Budgeting, Cash flow and Credit control. Philippa keeps our clients in check and makes sure they pay the bills on time. In her spare time she is Co-Chair for Salesian School PTA & helps fundraising at Bradbury Centre, Shepperton. She is married with two children.
